You should send a letter - not email, but letter to the marketing department (no shots please) and list exactly what your concerns are. Make it simple, like 1.xxxxx 2.xxxxxx 3.xxxx (they are not a bright bunch) and leave some direct contact info. Hopefully you can get a response and some of your issues resolved - oh ya - reference this post.
