Again...the main problem is that the house will know, as soon as the game starts, which winning combos will result in a big profit and which ones would result in a loss. Even if the house does nothing wrong, there will be the public perception that the house COULD fix games to maximize profits. That would be a death knell for the integrity of jai-alai.
