What has Changed...

A few posters were talking about the old days and I was wondering:

What is different about jai-alai from today and "back in the day".

Yes we know about the crowds, strikes, run down frontons. How has the play changed?

ex: In basketball (always a good frame of refernce for me) back in the day you saw more passing, more hook shots and tighter uniforms (lol). Today - everyone takes it hard to the cup and tries to dunk on you.

Compare and contrast the play from when you first saw it played - to today.
