likes random seeding? Is there a difference?

Here are examples from Miami and Milford, sandwiched around a
theoretical 'random' expectation:
The chart is derived from the following data:
Miami
Winter/Spring 2002 - 3.110 games
Summer/Fall 2002 - 3,126 games
Winter/Spring 2003 - 3.124 games
Milford
1998 - 6,546 games
1999 - 6,442 games
You can clearly see that Miami falls closer to the 'theoretical'
expectations, while the handicapper-driven Milford data resulted
in a flatter distribution.
Do you like random seeding?
How to you adjust your picks?
