The book is called License to Steal and is written (poorly) by Harvey Ziskis. He was an FBI informant that helped shut down Hartford for 10 days. He has the fucked up mind of a gambler but, some of the things he did are really outragous. He got the FBI to agree to let him keep any money he won while be undercover. He was making hundred of thousands of dollars on fixed races (horses,dogs,jai-alai) which he was actuaslly a part of fixing. And this asshole things he deserves a pat on the back because he thinks he has helped clean up the sports. How about returning the hundred of thousands of dollars you and the criminals stole from the average everyday bettors like you and me.
