Question of the Week #192 - Do teams ever just get 'pumped' for the win?

Don't have any data to back this up, but I get the feeling that it happens.

Maybe like when a sub comes in with a good post, winks at his partner, and they proceed to blow everyone away. Can both get the "Eye of the Tiger", more or less decide they're gonna win, and that's all she wrote?

Any thoughts, or examples?
