I agree you would have to make it multi deversed so that it could be a vacation destination. Some thing for every body in the family to do Also when jai alai is not playing you would have to have concerts or something.As far as seating you would have to have at least 10000 seats to attract decent bands or comediens or shows. Should be atleast 12 games a performence with 2 mat a week. As far as location I dont live in fla so I have no idea
