Since you insist on redefining my terms to suit your needs, I am forced to create a NEW, hopefully unambiguous, term:

Zork (noun): A jai-alai game in which the outcome is determined in advance, accomplished through player collusion to cause the desired result. The goal/purpose of a Zork is for players and/or external entities to gain unfair profit at the expense of a betting public that is unaware of the predetermined outcome.

So, my revised question is:
