Restaurant at Dania

I think the restaurant at Dania would do well if it re-opened. It was always crowded whenever I ate there. I cant see how it is not a moneymaker. As the previous post suggested just get a chain restaurant to take over, I'm sure a nice "Outback" or "Fridays" would do well there and get a whole new fan base interested in jai alai. The place is already set up it just needs someone to open it up again. All Dania jai alai has to do is sit back and collect the rent money each month.
