This manual of Cesta Punta by Gonzalo Beaskoetxea is quite good also! Beaskoetxea seems to have co written recently a book on the history of the Gernika Fronton. He also has another book named "La Historia de la Cesta Punta" which is available through eaukaljaialai.com.
