Maybe I'm being overly sanguine, but it seems the jai-alai news has been a lot rosier of late, e.g.,

-new websites
-active production companies in Spain
-possible reactivation in the Philippines
-physical plant cleanups
-training & amateur programs at Dania
-potential fronton reconstruction projects in Madrid & Mexico City
