Question of the Week #322 - Who has the best Singles serve? Doubles?

This is a follow-up to our previous two questions about the relative advantages of certain players when receiving/serving.

But now, simply:

• Who has the best Singles serve?
• 
  
• Who has the best Doubles serve?

Use specific examples to support your picks, if possible. For instance, if a player is particularly adept at VARYING his serve depending on the opponent(s), we'd like to know that.
